The Digital Journalism program at San Diego City College will offer six classes for the fall 2018 semester.

Prof. Roman Koenig will teach DJRN 100, Mass Media in the Digital Age, as a fully-online, 16-week course. This course, which is taught each academic semester, offers a new-media approach to studying mass communication in the United States.

Prof. Nicole Vargas will teach DJRN 200, Newswriting for Multimedia, as an 8-week course. For the 2017-18 academic year, DJRN 200 will be offered in the fall only.

Vargas will also teach DJRN 210-213, the four production labs in digital journalism. The online and print editions of the City Times newspaper, as well as Legend magazine, are produced in 210-13.
